First Session: Setting Future Goals for the Series

In this opening session, we will establish a foundational understanding of the chakras and their significance in relation to your personal goals. You will also be introduced to the program structure, explaining how we will explore each of the seven chakras in subsequent sessions. We will focus on somatic exploration, nervous system support, and various tools to help you integrate your experiences fully.

2nd - 8th Sessions: Exploring the 1-7 Chakra Systems

Each session will focus on one chakra, offering an in-depth exploration supporting your previously established goals.
